Dowell resident to receive $1 million check for winning Powerball ticket
DU QUOIN, IL (KFVS) - A Dowell resident has won $1 million in the Illinois lottery Powerball.
Representatives will be presenting the check to the winner on Oct. 3 at 1 p.m. at the One Stop Smoke Shop and Liquor in Du Quoin, where the ticket was sold.
The convenience store will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
