(KFVS) – Three people from Murphysboro are accused of selling drugs.
Maurice Robinson, 33, Jamie Kelly, 45, and Harold Barron, 50, were charged with conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine on Oct. 23, according to the United States Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois.
Kelly and Barron were also charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.
At a court hearing on Oct. 31, all three were ordered to be held without bond until a jury trial on Dec. 30.
The state's attorney says the crack cocaine offense occurred between May and September in Jackson County.
The methamphetamine offense occurred between August 2012 and October 2013 in Jackson and Perry counties, according to the state's attorney.
All three could face up to 20 years in prison, followed by three years supervised release and a fine of up to $1 million.
An investigation is still being continued.
